Description:

We are looking for a Laboratory Supervisor who is responsible for helping to manage day to-day operations of designated areas, and upholding a commitment to deliver the highest standard of quality and service. The position ensures effective operation of all laboratory equipment, and laboratory personnel, oversees procurement of supplies, troubleshoots non-conformances, and ensures adherence to all safety and regulatory

standards as well as the laboratory’s QMS. This role will provide a high level of support to leadership and extend supervisory coverage during

the daytime or swing shifts from Tuesday-Saturday.

Must Have Skills:

• Active ASCP Certification and FL Clinical Laboratory Technologist license required (Supervisor preferred)

• Experience as a lead technologist or supervisor in a high-complexity CLIA environment is required

• At least 5 years of experience in a CAP/CLIA laboratory

• Bachelor’s degree in a physical, chemical, or biological science is required

• A patient-first, mission-oriented mindset

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Superior communication skills and demonstrated excellence in a leadership role.

• Ability to effectively allocate and utilize company resources.

• Ability to coach, develop, and lead high-performance teams.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel, with a high level of accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Ability to adapt to changing procedures, policies, and work in a fast-paced team environment.

Location: Lake Mary, FL, USA

Pay: $79,000 - $99,840

Schedule: During the daytime or swing shifts from Tuesday-Saturday. Candidate must be flexible due to business needs.
