TEKsystems is hiring a large group of Client Service Representatives to work for a client located in the Lake Mary, FL area. These positions will offer a HYBRID schedule for both training and normal shift.

This position is a great, foot in the door opportunity with a ton of upward mobility and growth available. The position is open due to rapid growth with the client.

Job Description

· Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner

· Under direct supervision, performs less complex operational tasks in a product or functional area, including processing, balancing, settling and servicing all types of security transactions

· Responds to customer inquiries

· Investigates and corrects errors in customer accounts and statements

· Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries

· Records details about customer inquiries

· Helps resolve complicated customer complaints

· Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution

· Familiarity with MS Office required

Qualifications

· 2-3 years of customer service experience (retail)

· Elevated call center customer service experience

· High level of professionalism

· Clear communication skills

· Must have an interest in finance

Work Environment/Shift/Additional information

Employees will train in the office and will be required to go in office 3 days on onsite and 2 days remote once training is complete

Shift (Training) 9:00-5:30pm Monday- Friday

Call Center is open 8a-8p, must be open to any shift in that time

Work Schedules Available: shifts will vary with starting times between 8 AM – 11:30 AM.

Pay

25.00/hr. to start
