FirstService Residential Beach Attendent in Lake Harmony, Pennsylvania
Job Overview:
Aspart of theBeachStaff,you’llbe responsible forenforcingbeachrules and ensuring the safety ofresidents/guests in thebeacharea.
Your Responsibilities:
- Enforcing allbeachrules and regulations in a polite and professional manner.
- Oversee thebeacharea
- Greet and register all homeowners and guests when at lifeguard desk
- Complete daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain clean and sanitary beach area,restroomsand shower areas
- Perform other duties and special projects asrequested.
- Maintain an inventory of allbeachside equipment toalways be in good working condition for guests
- Ensure the safety of residents and guestsutilizingthebeacharea.
- Provideinformation and services to residentswith exceptional customer service
- Clean up the generalbeacharea by returning chairs and equipment back to proper locations.
- Report anysafetyor maintenance concerns toManager.
Beaccessible to and approachabletoresidents/guests. ·
Must be familiar with the Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and carry out the policies and proceduresappropriate forhis/her position.
- Follow safety procedures andmaintaina safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of High School diploma. CPR Certification is desirable.
- Experience in the hospitalityor serviceindustry
- Experience and training in customer service is highly desirable.
- Experience in an aquatic setting desirable.
- Basic cleaning skills
- Work in a teamenvironment
- Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem solving abilities, and advanced communication skills a plus.
- Must present a professional image. Must be outgoing and able to work with all types of people.
- Accountable for one’s own work, decisions and safety of oneself and safety of oneself and others.
- Capable of working extended hours,includingevenings,weekendsandholidaysas necessary.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills; ·
- Multiple language fluency is desirable. ·
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skillsrequired.
- Ability to lift 30 – 50lbs
- Work in an upright standing position forlong periodsof time

Schedule:
- About 20 hours per week
- Shifts: Monday-Sunday - 10:00 am - 3:00 pm or 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Compensation :
$16per hour
