What will you be doing? * Supervises the stewarding department in the absence of management. Is responsible for giving various staff members to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department. Is able to perform duties of all positions in the department Understands and supervises proper use of all chemicals and cleaning equipment Effectively trains new associates in all positions Delegates daily work assignments and responsibilities Communicates effectively with staff and other departments Completes daily opening and closing checklists and performs safety and sanitation inspections Drives resort catering truck, pickups, and golf carts both on resort property, in city, and on highway Support any member of the dishwashing and service staff when needed. Perform other duties as assigned. What do you bring to the role? * Prior stewarding experience and or supervisory experience required. Prior hospitality experience preferred.
