JOB REQUIREMENTS: * Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, pricing, and merchandising. * Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive and welcoming shopping experience. * Sales: Drive sales by implementing effective merchandising strategies, promotions, and customer engagement initiatives. * Inventory Control: Maintain accurate inventory records for both the convenience store and gas station, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed. * Maintenance: Ensure the store and gas station are clean, well-maintained, and safe at all times. * Loss Prevention: Implement and monitor loss prevention measures to minimize shrinkage and theft. * Financial Management: Assist with financial reporting and budgeting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information. * Gas Station Operations: Oversee the operation of the gas station, including fuel inventory management, equipment maintenance, and compliance with all safety regulations. * Alcohol Service: Obtain and maintain an alcohol server permit and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations. * Gas Station Operator Certification: Obtain and maintain a gas station operator certification, demonstrating knowledge of gas station safety procedures and regulations. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Perform personnel functions, such as selection, training, or evaluation. Plan or direct activities, such as sales promotions, that require coordination with other department managers. Set prices or credit terms for goods or services, based on forecasts of customer demand. Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations. Perform sales floor work, such as greeting or assisting customers, stocking shelves, or taking inventory. Develop or implement product-marketing strategies, including advertising campaigns or sales promotions. Implement or oversee environmental management or sustainability programs addressing issues such as recycling, conservation, or waste management. Plan store layouts or design displays. Direct and coordinate activities of businesses or departments concerned with the production, pricing, sales, or distribution of products. Direct administrative activities directly related to making products or providing services. Monitor suppliers to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits.
