Position Overview
Perform Duties related to maintenance, repair and monitoring of physical plant and grounds as directed by the Facilities Maintenance Foreman or Manager.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the plant grounds and equipment.
Assist with electrical, plumbing and HVAC work.
What you need: (Requirements)
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three (3) years experience in all building maintenance trades preferred.
Read, write, and understand the English language.
General custodial experience.
Must have a complete set of tools.
Must be able to lift fifty (50) pounds unassisted.
Subject to continual loud noises.
Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, and stand for prolonged periods of time, climb steps, ladders and/or service stands.
Normal or corrected hearing and vision are required.
May be exposed to hazardous chemicals and requires use of all safety equipment.
Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive company vehicles.
