About the Role:
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for coordination of Agile PMO functions and a critical interface with technical Product Delivery Teams
Key Responsibilities
Creating reports and dashboards and must be proficient across MS Office particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint in addition to Power BI.
Reporting to the Head of Operations & PMO, the Project Coordinator will participate in resource planning, performance management and reporting, risk and issue management and value management.
Being the business interface for Project Intake and prioritization as the first point of contact.
Administering the PM tool, Jira and Confluence, ensuring organizational adherence to processes and workflows
Excellent communicator and ability to build productive cross - fuctional relationships
Excellent organizational skills
Committed to self development and demonstartes willingness to learn and be coached
Creating reports and dashboards for the Portfolio Management Team
Requirements:
Educational Degree in Business or Technical Discipline
2+ years experience in Project Delivery or Software Development Enviornments
Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Azure DeVops administration
Knowledge of Project Management methodologies (PMI CAPM, Prince2, SAFe etc.) certification is a bonus
Eagerness to take on the new challenges
