process) Commercial Roofing and Waterproofing Hawaii, Inc. 94-260 Pupuole Street, Waipahu, HI 96797. Ph. 808-841-7246. 16 Roofer-HELPERS for TEMPORARY-Full Time employment. Will help roofer by performing duties requiring less skill; supplying, holding materials or tools; set ladders and scaffolds in place, and hoist or carry materials to roofs; remove old roofing material, and assist roofers with roof installation and repairs and cleaning work area and equipment.
No education required, no experience is required. Employer will offer
40hrs/week;
Monday-Friday;
8AM -
4PM depending on weather conditions. Workers are needed to begin work from 4
/1/25
to 11/30/2025. Multiple Job-Sites
in
Maui County, HI. Workers will be paid no less than
$20.33/hr. and returning workers or workers with experience may receive up to
$26.00/hr.
Overtime hours may vary, depending on weather or other conditions, and will be paid at
$30.50/hr to $39.00/hr.
Employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages due.
Workers will be paid weekly by check.
The employer will make all deductions from the workers paycheck required by law.
If the worker completes 50% of the period of employment, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract where or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for workers reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursed will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.

Employer
will reimburse
in the first workweek for all
visa,
visa processing,
border crossing
and
other
related
fees including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
