Education and Experience
An undergraduate degree in education, Spanish, or related field is required, a graduate degree is preferred
Experience teaching Upper School Spanish
Demonstrated classroom management skills and excellent Spanish skills
Experience with communicative, proficiency-based approaches preferred
Ability to include technology elements into all aspects of instruction

Duties/Responsibilities
Report to Director of Upper School
Teach four or sections of Spanish and either coach one season or teach an additional section (or an equivalent duty)
Lead international trip to Spanish speaking countries
Serve as Advisor
Participate in class trips and Winterim
Actively participate in the extracurricular life of the School
Additional duties as deemed necessary by the School
The salary range for this position is $45,000 - $70,000. Compensation is commensurate with experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and 401(k).
