Job Description

Full-Time Remote Opportunity

The Client Services Manager receives sufficient authority from and is accountable to the Business Unit Manager or appointed designate for the successful completion of assigned duties the meet the needs of our clients while achieving or exceeding Quality and Turnaround Time goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The EML Client Services Manager's primary responsibility is to ensure clients expectations are met by providing an exceptional client on-boarding experience with high-quality sample analysis delivered in a timeline that exceeds market standards. Responsible for EML ComLIMS tasks including, but not limited to, preparing package and non-UM codes for EML, test code localization and as directed by EML Operations Manager price updates. Administer client agreements and contracts. This includes, but is not limited to, Onboarding processes, Sample Analyses Request Forms, Quotations, Invoices and LIMS account Management. Direct EML uniformity of Quotations and that each EML location is accurately using Quotations based on client agreements. Ensure EML Quotations are routinely reviewed to ensure the most cost effective way to meet the client's needs. Oversee EML uniformity with Account Management Database. Responsible for the supervision of EML client services representatives. Perform annual performance reviews for direct reporting personnel. Coordinate and review annual reviews of other EML Client Service Representatives. Handle employee relation issues as per company guidelines and with the support of Human Resources. Ensure payables are processed correctly and that the approved vendor agreements are being honored. Accurately process invoices from all EML locations ensuring that client agreements are met. Process end of the month reports for all EML locations incudes but not limited to exporting invoices and processing Work In Progress reports. Responsible for overseeing collections for all EML locations. Verify that company employment policies and procedures are followed correctly. Assisting the Operations manager in providing the necessary planning, organization, direction, and control to meet the goals of the company. Understand and follow Quality System documents relevant to respons bilities, e.g., Quality Manual, SOPs, Methods, and Local Policies. Adhere to appropriate quality measures, which meet or exceed the standards set by ISO/IEC 17025, government regulatory, and company requirements. Follow all company guidelines and procedures relevant to assigned duties. Adhere to all pertinent health, safety, and environmental regulations. Establish and maintain professional business relationships with clients, industry officials, and peers. Participate with the Sales/Marketing team in the preparation and quotation of major technical studies. Other duties as assigned.

Additional Information

Full-Time (Remote): 9am (MST)- 5pm (MST)

Pay Range: $55k/Yr.- 65k/Yr. (Base). Incentive based bonus potential.
