TEKsystems Customer Service Representative - 2nd Shift in Lafayette, Colorado
Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lafayette Colorado, 80026
Start Date: June 17th
Pay: $18.20/hr. – Weekly
Schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30pm to 9:30pm

Job Description:
Taking inbound calls from patients from the hospital or medical centers attached to the hospital
Handling operator calls for switchboard, call for emergencies (security, weather, etc.), and taking after hours for doctor groups
Will be placing outbound calls (general discharge, general observation, and stroke calls)
Cannot give any advice over the phones when talking to individuals
Skills & Qualifications:
At least 1 year of call center experience OR retail environment where they were handling a high volume of calls
Understand they have a set schedule and breaks during the day
Cannot get upset by emergencies or alarms (they have alarms going off all the time during the day)
Someone who performs well under pressure
