The Toxics Cleanup Program{rel="nofollow"} (TCP) within the Department of Ecology (Ecology) is looking to fill a Public Disclosure / Records Information Management (RIM) Coordinator (Forms & Records Analyst 2) *position. This position is located in our *Headquarters (HQ) *in Lacey, WA.{rel="nofollow"} Upon hire, you must live within a commutable distance from the duty station.   As a Public Disclosure Coordinator (PDC) and Records Information Management (RIM) Coordinator, your work will be the backbone of the forms and records mechanism that help support staff and management of the Toxics Cleanup Program (TCP). You will be providing essential feedback and input to evaluate program performance, decisions, resource allocation, and program records keeping. You'll also provide important service to the public who request information on cleanup sites and program performance, including members of news media, land developers, and concerned Washingtonians. This role will involve processing mail, electronic and physical files, scanning documents, researching databases, maps and facility indexes, auditing files, helping provide TCP staff with records management training, and other exciting PDC and RIM coordinator duties that support the programs foundations. *If you are a detail-oriented, process-focused records professional, we hope you will apply!   Please Note: *This is a temporary position that will end June 30, 2025. *Agency Mission: *Ecology's mission is to protect, preserve, and enhance Washington's environment for current and future generations.   *Program Mission: The mission of the Toxics Cleanup Program (TCP) is to protect Washington's human health and the environment by preventing and cleaning up pollution and supporting sustainable communities and natural resources for the benefit of future and current generations. Tele-work options for this position: *This position will have flexibility of a hybrid schedule, empowering work from home and office, providing less time in traffic and shrinking your carbon footprint.
