As Internal Communications Specialist, you will work closely with the Internal Communications Manager, the Corporate Brand Marketing Team and HR in leading and developing integrated communication strategies and projects. In this role you will engage colleagues with Nestlé Purina’s purpose through the development and activation of an Employee Engagement and Advocacy Strategy.
A Day in the Life of an Internal Communications Specialist
Produce a wide range of accurate, well written and high-quality internal communications plans, tools, toolkits and employee materials to support business projects and initiatives
Champion the use and development of internal social media platforms and digital tools, including managing online employee communities and ensuring timely flow of news
Develop and manage employee events and workshops (e.g. senior leadership conferences, “town hall” style events, webcasts, ProudtobePurina day)
Ensure brand and corporate communication initiatives (e.g. Pets at Work; Our Purina Commitments, sustainability) are supported and appropriately communicated within the organization
Support organizational change activities, acting as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders on internal communications best practices
Develop a strong internal communication culture within the organization by working with a skilled network of internal communicators within the markets in Europe
What will make you successful
University degree or equivalent
Previous experience in internal communications
Project management skills and experience in working with senior leaders on communications
Experience in Digital communication, digital content creation and community management on social media
Excellent language skills in English are a must; another language is a plus (French preferable)
