Position Summary
As a Human Resources Intern, you will engage in a variety of tasks that contribute to the effectiveness of our Learning and Talent Development initiatives. This role offers valuable experience across various HR activities and provides great insights into the overall Human Resources function, helping you build a strong foundation for your career in HR.

A Day in the Life of a Human Resources Intern
Assist in the planning and execution of training programs, gaining insight into program management
Help organize virtual and in-person events to support employee learning experiences
Learn about Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to training and talent management
Contribute to the preparation of materials for effective training sessions
Gather feedback to help identify training needs within the organization
Assist in tracking the completion of required training programs
Support communication efforts to share training and development opportunities with employees
Participate in various projects led by the Learning and Talent Development team
What will make you successful
Student of fresh graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous internships or relevant coursework is a plus
Independent and self-motivated individual who proactively seeks solutions to challenges
Quick-learning and curious personality, with a strong desire to develop organizational skills
Very good command of MS-Office a plus, especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with various digital tools is desirable
Fluent in English
