Job Title: Warehouse Worker

Job Description

Join our dynamic warehouse team, supplying fresh produce and veggies to grocery stores. Your role will encompass the use of a pallet jack and RF scanner to pick and assemble orders, building stable and well-cubed pallets for shipping. You will also be responsible for shrink wrapping and labeling product/pallets with correct truck, destination, and other necessary information. Keeping the warehouse areas clean, dry, and free from debris is another critical part of this role.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

We offer two shift options: Option 1 starts at 4pm and ends when the work is done (typically around 1am but may extend until 4am). Option 2 runs from 11am to 7:30pm, with the possibility to leave after finishing an order, but may require staying late to finish up packaging. We provide a 30-minute unpaid lunch break, and 15-minute paid breaks. Our warehouse maintains a cool temperature (35-50 degrees) and requires going up and down aisles to pick products and assemble them onto pallets. Our culture promotes a family feel as an ESOP with a team size of roughly 10 employees on each shift performing similar jobs. Dress warmly as most of our team members wear sweatshirts and winter hats.
