Supervise paid staff and volunteers including hiring, training, coaching, evaluating and performance management. Lead daily operations of the department and enhance operational success. 2. Identify and implement creative strategies and methods to engage sufficient volunteers to maintain efficient operations and ensure goals are met. 3. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of the department\'s budget, goals and objectives. 4. Consult with internal departments with creating and maintaining effective volunteer engagement plans and unit needs. Develop a volunteer needs assessment and ensure alignment of goals to volunteer needs. 5. Ensure staff is properly prepared to work with, monitor, and evaluate volunteer performance. 6.
