CITY OF LA CROSSE Parking Utility Custodian in LA CROSSE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: The purpose of this position is to perform routine building and grounds maintenance and custodial tasks at the City\'s parking ramps and lots. Incumbents perform routine building and grounds maintenance manual labor and operate light equipment such as vacuums, power washers, leaf blowers, weed trimmers and hand-held power tools. The work is performed under the supervision of the Parking Utility Coordinator. The hours for this position are Tuesday through Saturday from 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent, with prior buildings and grounds maintenance experience, or any combination of education and experience which provides equivalent knowledge, skills, and abilities.
