In this role, you\'ll play a pivotal role in helping us achieve and deliver our Enterprise Leadership Philosophy. Job Description: Provide education, development, and consultation services to enhance organizational performance and effectiveness. Major Responsibilities: 1. Design, develop, and implement Leadership Education Programs to enhance leadership and drive departmental and organizational objectives. 2. Leads and/or collaborates with Human Resource partners to design, develop, and implement HR initiatives. 3. Works with Gundersen Health System leadership to provide performance consultation in assessing and/or enhancing managerial effectiveness. 4. Collaborates with selected Gundersen Health System business partners to design, develop, and implement organization initiatives to enhance system performance. 5. Consults with Gundersen Health System leadership in customizing learning solutions to meet business challenges. 6. Consults with leaders of organizational change initiatives about managing human side of change and crafting strategies for alignment. 7. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance. Education and Learning: REQUIRED Master\'s degree in a related field Work Experience: REQUIRED 3-4 years prior experience in Human Resources, organizational development, training and development, or other related field.
