Certification/Registration/Licensure: CBP, CEBS preferred Experience: 5+ years benefits experience. Healthcare, Workday and Infor preferred POSITION SUMMARY: Oversees development and administration of benefit programs to ensure alignment with philosophy and guiding principles, in compliance with regulatory agencies and plan documents. Analyzes market trends and new legislative requirements for impact on current benefits. Analyzes and monitors costs/benefits associated with benefit programs. Develops and implements benefit communication and SOPs. Evaluates and monitors effectiveness of benefit programs including cost and employee engagement and satisfaction. To be successful in this role, the Benefits Manager must possess deep technical expertise in benefits, strong financial acumen, communications and people leadership experience, along with a commitment to accountability. They must be a proven strategic thinker capable of leading change at the operational and strategic levels. They must be highly motivated, committed to the development of their team, have a passion for designing high-quality and innovative benefits solutions, and have a deep interest in building collaborative cross-functional relationships. Decision-making skills must be decisive yet grounded in flexibility and practicality, and data-driven curiosity.
