JOB REQUIREMENTS: Summary of Position: Provides leadership in the administration, organization, supervision, and daily operations of Access Services staff, including but not limited to the scheduling of service provision, the maintenance of records and tracking systems, the planning and development of effective policies and procedures, processing of all student accommodation applications, and determining fiscal obligations in order to improve services and to ensure compliance under the mandates of Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Title IX through proactive, sustained, and supportive methods that enhance student success and develop independent learners. This is a hybrid eligible position that would allow for 1-2 days a week working from home after the training period. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Qualifications: Master\'s degree in related field 4 years\' experience in related field Preferred Qualifications: Experience with disability services in a higher education setting. Knowledge of accommodations and support services provided to students with disabilities in higher education. Knowledge of federal and state laws as they pertain to working with students with disabilities in higher education.
