Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you'll thrive in a dynamic work environment, packing and handling products with precision and care. In this role, you will collaborate in small teams of 3 to 5 to meticulously fill 30 to 50-pound bags of grass seed. Your responsibilities will include sealing these bags and ensuring they are properly palletized, maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Work Environment

Work hours are from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The work is conducted indoors; however, there is no heating or air conditioning, so the indoor temperature mirrors the outdoor conditions. Our company employs 140 dedicated individuals across three locations, with 55 staff members at your site. Expect to be a part of a close-knit team size of 3 to 5 in your specific area.
