Job Description
About the Team: Join Hebron's Operations team to oversee and coordinate the movement of goods from one location to another including international shipments. Manage a team of employees and ensure that all shipments are delivered on time and in the correct quantity. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently. The ZF Hebron site is responsible for assembling and distributing braking systems for our Commercial Vehicle Solutions division. This is a second-shift position (3-11:30 pm).
What you can look forward to as a Customer Operations Supervisor:
Leads/supervises a team of approximately 50 members that could comprise professionals, technical, and/or administrative staff
Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers
Is accountable for the performance and results of a team
Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges
Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager
Understands how orders are processed and can perform department duties
Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline
Analyzes and resolves problems, interprets policies (e.g., fiscal management, HR, contracts and grants, resource management in defined areas), and demonstrates solid subject matter knowledge
Your profile as a Customer Operations Supervisor:
Bachelor’s degree in business management, logistics, or a related field preferred
Minimum of 3 – 5 years of production experience required
Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience required
Excellent leadership attributes
Experience in SAP
Strong computer skills (Excel, Teams & PowerPoint)
Experience with powered industrial equipment preferred
Good understanding of the industry market trends and conditions
Strong regard for product quality and safety standards
Must be willing to work second-shift and occasional Saturdays
