As QA Operations Expert you will ensure that the quality and compliance requirements for our products are met. This is an effective way of ensuring that patients are supplied with high-quality medication. Your key responsibilities: Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Support of the operational Quality Assurance team within the production area • QA oversight activities of the production area within aseptic and packaging operations • Evaluation and processing of complaints, deviations, OOS, change control and other quality related records • Leading the investigations on critical quality issues • Providing advice, directions and cross functional collaboration on quality issues • Provide technical expertise with respect to cGMP across manufacturing, quality systems, investigations, and other areas, as required • Creation and improvement of quality systems and SOPs as well as creation, review and approval of quality-relevant documentation • Managing the interface between quality assurance and intracompany business • Preparation, participation in and follow-up of self-inspections, customer audits and authority inspections \n\n\n\n Position Title: QA Operations Expert (f/m/d) Minimum requirements: What you’ll bring to the role: Essential: • Successfully completed academic studies of natural sciences (e.g. pharmacy, chemistry, microbiology, biology) • Fluency in German and English • 3 years of experience in the operational Quality Assurance area of a GMP-regulated pharmaceutical company • Excellent organizational and communication skills, independent working style and high decision quality Desirable requirements: • analytical thinking and understanding • persistance and inquire things Why Novartis? 766 million lives were touched by Novartis medicines in 2021, and while we’re proud of this, we know there is so much more we could do to help improve and extend people’s lives. For this position the minimum salary is € 54.788,3 EUR /year (on a full time basis).
