This position is responsible for managing exempt and non-exempt employees on all aspects of the delivery of workplace experience services for a large building, campus, or portfolio. Oversees operating policies and procedures ensuring those are aligned with the client's business needs, goals and objectives.

What You’ll Do:

  • Update all client's systems (Cognos & Archibus) related to Space.

  • Communicate proactively with each floor coordinators, business heads, line managers and HR reps on space and occupancy related matters.

  • To ensure that floor layout and staff movements are always updated.

  • Tracks, monitors and oversees all non-project related moves, planning and inventory of furniture and workstations.

  • Reviews CAD drawings and/or related database(s)

  • Produce monthly reports (Cognos, Archibus).

  • Liaison with CRS Finance on Annual budgets for all seats allocation and monthly charge out to businesses.

  • Liaise and coordinate with the Citi Archibus team for updating changes in the seat allocations and space management.

  • Manages third-party service provider on-boarding and off-boarding process for NEMS (Non Employee Management System)

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

About you:

  • Diploma or graduate required.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience as a space analyst or planner related.

  • Added advantage would be knowledge in analysing AutoCAD/ floor layout plans.

  • Previous supervisory & customer service experience preferred.

  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive issues.

  • Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people.

  • Warm and engaging demeanour.

  • Ability to assess circumstances, empathize and offer help.

  • Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, OneNote, Outlook, etc. Comfortable with and embracing of new technologies and digital tools, such as Apps, databases, financial management, work order management, social networking, cloud technologies, handheld mobile technologies and applications, and communications.
