Designed with the modern traveler in mind, our hotel features 220 thoughtfully designed rooms. Guests can rejuvenate in our outdoor swimming pool and fitness center. Our all-day restaurant serves delicious Malaysian classics, while the lobby lounge offers fresh bakes and fuss-free Grab and Go options. Our flexible meeting spaces, including a ballroom for up to 400 guests, are ideal for organizing events.

We are seeking a passionate Rooms Division Manager who can combine informality and fun with professionalism and sophistication, leaders with an inclusive spirit who embrace individuality and inject positivity into their work environments.

Your day to day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Directing everyday front office and housekeeping activity while developing and coaching your team to deliver next-level guest experiences.

• Creating the perfect working environment for your team to thrive and driving collaboration between departments.

• Providing guests with all the information they need to enjoy a truly memorable experience.

• Overseeing night audit function, preparing daily financial reports, and delivering accurate forecasts.

• Conducting routine inspections of the front office and public areas – taking immediate actions to correct any deficiencies. 

What we need from you

For you to be the ideal candidate, you should have the following:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Hotel Management.

• Four years of experience with an international chain hotel in a management capacity.

• Strong knowledge of local businesses and business trends required. 

• Written and verbal communication skills are critical.

• Dynamic and highly innovative thinking, work well under pressure and in change environment with full of team spirit.
