Job Overview:
The Principal QHSES Assurance Specialist will coordinate all Global & SAF driven Intelex system related initiatives & assurance checks within SAF. They manage and support Intelex utilization for Management of Change (MOC), Lessons Learned (LL), Quality Incident & other assigned modules to enable effective & efficient implementation within SAF and drive effective implementation & compliance to customer feedback processes within SAF.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Intelex
Lead group of SAF Intelex Admin to ensure readiness of system for timely implementation (e.g. timely creation & maintenance of Intelex profiles) with input from relevant stakeholders
Develop, implement & monitor plan to enable timely & effective implementation of new or updated modules in SAF
Coordinate improvement initiatives & assurance checks to ensure timely completion & implementation
Drive Intelex awareness & familiarization and support end users utilization via timely coaching
Work with relevant stakeholders to drive continual improvement
MOC, LL, Quality Incident & other assigned modules
Ensure module readiness for timely implementation
Timely followup & drive timely close out of cases
Implement assurance check to verify compliance to relevant PPIG
Provide status reporting & relevant analysis as per agreed frequency
Analyse trend & propose realistic opportunity for improvement
Conduct awareness / live demo as & when required
Customer Feedback
Ensure full implementation of Customer Satisfactiion Survey (CSS) & QHSES Customer Feeback Form (CFF) as per approved PPIG
Drive compliance to process & agreed schedule
Provide status reporting & relevant analysis as per agreed frequency
Analyse trend & propose realistic opportunity for improvement
Monitor closeout of agreed actions
Provide awareness & necessary guidance to relevant stakeholders
Root Cause Analysia (RCA)
Provide necessary training and guidance as & when required
Ensure effective use of MDR RCA tool - COMET
Analyse output from RCA to drive continual improvement
Others
Provide timely support to QHSES leadership team
Lead improvement initiatives & campaigns as assigned
Essential Qualifications and Education:
Engineering degree / Diploma (any discipline)
10 years of experience in oil and gas (5 years in offshore & subsea construction)
Experienced in conducting root cause analysis (RCA)
Good computer & presentation skills (e.g., MS Office)
Preferred Qualifications and Education:
Certified & experienced ISO lead auditor
Experienced in lean six sigma concept
Experienced in Intelex system
Experienced in COMET root cause analysis tool
Good training skills
Certified Power BI practitioner
