Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and thorough Portfolio Operations Senior Manager / Manager to join our regional team to support a Global Financial Services client. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of end to end processes involved in real estate transaction, take pride in fulfilling standard operating procedures

  • Logging and triaging all in bound queries on Portfolio Management Tool.

  • Responding, where appropriate, directly to drive efficiency or allocating to most appropriate identified team member in the client’s eco-system, including but not limited to:

o CBRE Portfolio Manager

o CBRE financial management team

o CBRE global data management team

o Client Project Management partners

  • Responsible for consistently and accurately inputting information sourced & interpreted primarily from data held in the Portfolio Manager’s Tool, into the multiple client systems at the right time, including but not limited to;

o Business Case Tool (BCT)

o Green Lease Deviation Tool (GLD)

o Transaction Management Tracking (Salesforce)

o Building Evaluation Templates Level 1 (BET)

o Site Search Form

  • Support, where required, on the production of standardized letters, reports, and marketing materials etc. Creating library of best practices for the Portfolio Management scope.

  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent;,

  • Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, Hotel Management or related discipline;

  • Up to 5 - 10 years’ experience in the real estate industry.

  • Preferred Skills:

  • Organizing and prioritizing a large and varied workload within deadlines.

  • Proactive self-starter and ‘get ahead’ mindset.

  • Strong communication skills – including business writing.

  • Able to work in a very international environment with different cultures, building and maintaining working relationships in a team environment

  • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret data.

  • Sensitive to figures & confidence to query / call out if something looks amiss.

  • Thorough and meticulous work practices, excellent attention to detail, remaining task focused

  • Work with accuracy and attention to detail and quality orientated approach.

  • Driving customer service levels.

  • Fluency in English / Mandarin
