Excellent Command Of English (Written & Spoken)
Ability To Work Independently With Minimal Direction
Software Asset Management (SAM) Licensing Knowledge
Ability to interact / sell ideas to with various levels of partners i.e. Operational to Senior Management
Good understanding of virtualized environments, active directory/SCCM
Experience using ServiceNow Request Management Tool
Flexera tool experience.
Customer Facing Experience Mandatory.

Confirm Deployment done as per recommendation
Working with internal partners and functional groups to reliably and efficiently :
Analyze demand volumes
Re-harvest where opportunities exist
Procure best product
Right size footprint – removing unused deployments.
Procure based on actual usage/needs
Purchasing at right support levels
Advise internal partners on options, if available.
Specify how software is deployed
Ensure deployment done as per recommendation.
Subscription Management :Ensuring subscription renewals done prior to expiry date and are renewed at the right level, include the right options and are done based on needs.
Operational Reporting: Reporting on software/subscription applications on usage, costing, inventorying, maintenance expiry and compliance.
Compliance Management: Working with internal partners to ensure deployment of software applications are compliant and if not, working with the partners to remediate any non-compliance.
Flexera Operational Management: Ability to build custom reports / generate standard reports / update records for software licenses or subscriptions using Flexera tool. Also responsible for integrity of license data for own portfolio in terms of accuracy, completeness and ensuring all data is as current.
Data Management/ Collation- Collating demand from various partners/functional groups within customer organization to collate similar product requirements for the purpose of ordering sufficient licenses to meet demand and also leverage on volume discounts.
Budget Management: Propose and lead a specific budget amount for the purpose of BAU software license & subscription
Demand Management / Collation: n renewals. Portfolio Manager will be responsible for utilization of this budget.
Vendor Payment Management: Ensuring publishers/resellers are paid correct amounts and within a given timeframe.
Periodic/Ad-hoc partner meetings: Participate in team periodic team meetings, project meetings with other functional groups in customer organization as may be required.
Activity Sophisticated:
Virtualization Management: Ensuring virtualized environments are licensed compliantly, in the most efficient manner and also recommending options where available.
License Advisory: Providing advisory internal partners on how they should deploy/license software.
Liaise with functional workgroups within SoftwareOne: To be the liaison customer and various functional teams globally in SoftwareOne for the purpose of demonstrating different expertise in order to complete a task or resolve an issue.
