JOB DETAILS
Department: Mobile Team (Technical Services)
Region covered: Selangor, Kuala Lumpur & Negeri Sembilan
Working days: 5.5 days (Saturday half day)
Willing to standby on night and weekend
Employment type: 1-year contract (potential to convert depending on performance and vacancy).
JOB DESCRIPTION
Install, maintain and troubleshooting of all Mechanical & Electrical systems.
Plan, carry out, monitor and report scheduled Mechanical & Electrical check.
Plan, coordinate and implement preventive maintenance programmes as per schedule.
Answer technical question and provide advice.
Operate the electrical standby generator system.
Perform repair and maintenance works.
Perform preventive maintenance tasks.
Assist in training staff in the safe operation of electrical facilities and equipment accessible to them.
Adhere to Health, safety and Environment procedures while performing responsibilities.
Ensure all relevant laws, statutes and regulations relating to electrical system and installation are complied with.
Maintain cleanliness of plant rooms and workshop facility.
Ensure maintenance tools and equipment are calibrated and kept tidy and in place after use.
To conduct supervision of work progress activities at site in accordance with schedule.
Site coordination among client, supplier, and contractor.
Follow up on standard operating procedures, checklists and others to meet ISO 9001 and other required standards.
Act on any assignment being assign from time to time.
Ensure installations and maintenances are safe, correct, and legal.
Administer, supervise, and coordinate facility team and contractors and ensure safety regulations are compiled while carrying out their duties.
Respond and report appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
To submit daily reports.
To update outstanding work status and follow up until work completion.
To provide feedback & communicate with end-users on the work status.
To attend operations meetings and roll calls as required.
To keep documentation/filing for Service Work orders, Daily Reports, etc.
To multitask, as and when necessary, that involves duties related to other disciplines.
Other duties to be assigned by the Management.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Must require A4 Chargeman certification and registered with ST.
Possess good inter-personal, communication & presentation skills.
Proactive, able to work independently and have high self-motivation and drive.
Strong analytical mind.
Positive attitude, self-motivated, team player
Preferably Entry Level specialized in electrical engineering.
At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field are welcome.
Proficient with Microsoft Application to prepare maintenance report.
Open to fresh graduate.
