Location: CBRE KL BSO, Bangsar South

Job Summary

As Graphic Designers you’ll be responsible to develop creative solutions for internal and external clients via communications, advertising, thought leadership, and promotional marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Works on client deliverables and brainstorms with the creative team to develop ideas that transform generic, text-heavy information and requests into more graphically engaging and interactive experiences

  • Maintains a strong understanding of corporate brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency throughout all assigned marketing tasks. Responsible for ensuring that the final product(s) align with our branding, templates, guidelines, toolkits, etc. Identifies areas for improvement and cascades up to senior creative staff and management for review.

  • Consistently delivers visually engaging designs that are relevant and purposeful towards CBRE business efforts. Work includes but is not limited to email marketing, websites, brochures, advertising, proposals, presentations, large-format signage, and other creative collateral in both print and digital formats.

  • Proactively engages with client service teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners to ensure active participation, hand-offs, and coordination of deliverables, ensuring on-time and high-quality product(s).

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Media, or Information Technology is preferred

  • Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat) is required

  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) is required

  • Knowledge of web design, UI/UX, Adobe Dreamweaver, Muse, Figma, HTML, and other relevant coding languages is highly desired

  • Ability to function in a team setting and take direction from colleagues; comfortable working with in-person and remote team members.

  • Excellent command of English in both verbal and written forms

  • Flexibility to work on different time zones, when required, to support global projects.
