Job Overview:

Support business line in QHSES performance management by steering improvement initiatives from data analytics. The position commands detailed planning, and provision of meaningful reporting, in addition to maintaining functional communication streams. Ability to learn new skills and having good command in technical language. Training skills will be an added advantage.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain QHSES reporting tools such as performance indicator dashboards, strategy and objectives & targets monitoring, etc.

  • Assist with monitoring, development & maintenance of internal QHSES communication & collaboration platforms including development and maintenance of QHSES intranet site & online dashboard reports via powerBI

  • Review performance, develop trend analysis and propose improvement opportunities to existing processes and procedures based on trends

  • Conduct correction and corrective actions implementation & sustainability reviews as directed by QHSES leads

  • Coordinate completion of trend analysis and QHSES monthly performance indicator reports & dashboards. Transition manual reports generated ate agreed frequency & performance dashboard into powerBI. Support end-users on use of tools through coaching

  • Support Intelex QHSES platform utilization by developing standardized tools & reports and supporting personnel from all functions to maximize efficiencies

  • Support the development & maintain the electronic platform for incident, crisis management & business continuity. Support end-user utilization through coaching

  • Support the development of QHSES processes and procedures including implementation & roll out plans

  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Any Degree / Diploma with additional quality and/or HSE qualification

  • Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience, at least 2 years’ experience in quality or HSE, in support capacity on implementation of management system requirements

  • Candidate would benefit from experience in corporate communication in Offshore or Engineering, preferably in large corporation

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • Preferably with ISO 9001, 45001 & 14001 Auditor qualification, will be an advantage

  • Experience of Integrated Management Systems

  • powerBI – report development & data linking

  • MS SharePoint – design, development & integration

  • Microsoft applications

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, attention to detail, proactive, motivated, analytical, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work well with all levels of management, staff and a team player
