Technical Account Management, in KL Malaysia!

What the day will look like

  • Assisting all brokers on various allocated accounts from treaty renewal to day-to-day service to clients with the aim to create client value through delivering Aon client promise. This includes but not limited to attending to clients (both internal and external) queries (with brokers’ assistance, if necessary), involving in provision of professional advice to clients and sharing clients/market updates with brokers.

  • Pre / post treaty renewal preparation including but not limited to risk analysis, assist in preparing renewal / tender slides, preparation of renewal information pack, contract drafting, contacting reinsurers and learning negotiation as well as problem solving techniques

  • Managing all contracts/endorsements, reports updating, documentation and system input according to timeline and best practice.

  • Create depth in knowledge on technical insurance / reinsurance and continue developing market knowledge

  • Work on team projects and initiatives.

  • Organizing and coordinate market events to promote the brand name of Aon Reinsurance Malaysia Limited

  • Build knowledge on Aon suite of services

    Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science or Finance related.

  • Experience in insurance / reinsurance industry has added advantage.

  • Microsoft office skills is a must.

  • Fresh grads are encouraged to apply.
