Hyatt Assistant Housekeeping Manager (Local Only), Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur in KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia

Description:

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting associate, guest and owner expectations. The Assistant Housekeeping Manager is responsible assist the Housekeeping Manager to manage all functions related to the cleanliness of the hotel, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house non-kitchen areas, as well as the laundry and dry-cleaning operation (hotel linen, uniforms and guest laundry).

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years' work experience as Assistant Manager - Housekeeping in larger operation.

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.

  • Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

  • Due to work permit restrictions, this position is open for Malaysian Citizens and Permanent Residents of Malaysia only.
