Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Esko’s software solutions.

• Install, configure, and maintain Esko products at customer sites.

• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and address any issues promptly.

• Conduct training sessions for end-users on Esko solutions.

• Document service activities, including problem diagnosis, resolution, and preventive maintenance.

• Represent Esko professionally and maintain positive relationships with clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Willingness to travel within the SEA region as needed.
