職務目的(Job Purpose)

  • 延長保証にともなう修理受付の外部コールセンターの管理/運営サポート

  • アウトバウンドコールやSMSを活用したカスタマーサービスの管理/運営サポート

職責(Job Responsibilities)

1) 保証プログラムの修理受付コールセンターの管理・運営サポート。

※コールセンターは外部委託先(協力会社)となります。

2)コールセンターからのエスカレーション対応。

3) 新しいプログラム構築のフォローアップ。

 ※コールセンター業務の構築をサポートいただきます。

4) ワンストップサービス(NPS・キャンペーン・リプレイスプロモーション等)の企画・立案。

  ※ご契約されたお客様や保証修理をされたお客様へのアンケートや再購入のご案内等をクライアント

 に提案/実施していただきます。

5)インサイドセールス(販促)支援

 ※保証を販売いただく販売店様に販促案内をおこなうスタッフの管理となります。
