職務目的(Job Purpose)


職責(Job Responsibilities)

■マネージャーポジション(法務&コンプライアンス課長Job Grade 21)

1) テックマークジャパンの法務およびコンプライアンスチームの管理およびリード

2) 以下を含むチーム業務のマネジメント





3) コンプライアンスガイドラインおよび社内規定の違反防止と対処するための管理フレームワークの開発・監督

4) コンプライアンス管理の効率性を評価および継続的な改善

5) 潜在的リスクや不適切なコンプライアンス関連課題を特定するための仕組み、レポート等の企画・改善

6) 組織の法令遵守状況の経営陣への報告

7) 主務官庁、諸団体、外部事業者との連携・折衝対応(金融庁、財務局、日本資金決済業協会、JUAS等)

8) 株主総会、取締役会の運営に関連する付随業務

.3年以上の管理職経験(尚可) .5年以上の法律事務所あるいは企業の法務部門における実務経験および社内外交渉経験(※必須) .コンプライアンス関連業務経験(尚可) .保険業界もしくは金融業界での勤務経験(尚可)
