Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Perform data profiling and data analysis for source systems, manually maintained data, as well as target data repositories.

  • Develop and maintain data mapping specifications based on the results of data analysis and functional requirements.

  • Build automated Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) jobs based on data mapping specifications

  • Maintain metadata structures needed for building reusable Extract, Transform & Load (ETL) components.

  • Perform a variety of data loads & data transformations using multiple tools and technologies

  • Perform comprehensive operational health checks of the entire services to identify areas of concern and track activities to drive improvements at all levels of the architecture

  • Build technical data dictionaries and support business glossaries to analyze the datasets

Education Qualification:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience of 8 years

Desired Characteristics:

  • Strong understanding of GEHC Services business and CRM's (ServiceMax is a plus)

  • Experience with software development, database management, cloud computing or AI technologies

  • Experience with effective resource management, risk identification and management, and progress monitoring

  • Experience with data assessments, matching data to new data structures, data modeling and data quality management

  • Awareness of any potential security concerns and ability to implement data protection measures throughout the process
