As a Specialist, Sales Compensation within the Avanade Total Reward team reporting to Group Manager, Global Incentives, you will drive the Sales Incentives processes across all regions within one of the following geographical areas: Americas, Europe or Growth Markets.

Your role will be to ensure sales incentive payments are calculated and paid out in a timely manner.

What you will do:

  • Run quarterly and/or monthly sales compensation processes

  • Partner with stakeholders such as HR, Sales Operations, Finance and Payroll to establish and maintain a smooth process for incentive payments

  • Provide guidelines related to the sales incentive programs to various stakeholders.

  • Prepare Seller performance reports and other ad hoc reports as requested by Regional Sales Leads, Area Sales Leads and other key stakeholders

  • Support implementation and administer sales incentive compensation management (ICM) tool and ensuring it provides timely and accurate sales incentive payment data.

  • Investigate and resolve sales compensation related queries.

  • Actively participate in quota setting process for the Area of responsibility

Skills and experiences

  • Strong Microsoft 365 Expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

  • HR management systems experience

  • Experience with Sales Incentive Compensation Management tools

  • Ability to collaborate with management and HR team members.

  • Experience in technical consulting services or high-tech organization (preferred)

  • Proven experience in compensation programs or other HR areas

  • Ability to effectively communicate with senior stakeholders.

  • You likely possess a Bachelor's / Master's degree in HR, Business, Finance or Mathematics. An equivalent combination of education and experience will also suffice.
