About the Role

As an Expense Reporting Processor you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies. You will also play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with employees and providing exceptional customer service. As an Expense Analyst, you will leverage your analytical skills to gain valuable insights from expense data. By analyzing trends and patterns, you will identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Your role and responsibilities

Process Management:

  • Review and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Conduct audits of expense reports to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain accurate records of all expense transactions and documentation.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Client Communication:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to employee inquiries regarding expense policies and procedures.

  • Educate employees on the expense reporting process and system.

  • Resolve expense report issues and disputes in a timely and professional manner.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze expense data to identify trends and potential areas for cost savings.

Required technical and professional expertise

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and gSuite tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Fluent English is essential for effective communication with clients and international partners.

  • Relevant experience in a financial or administrative role will be beneficial.

  • Hybrid Work Policy: This position requires a minimum of three days of on-site work per week.
