CAE USA INC Java QA Software Engineer - Airline Master Data Management in Krakow, Poland

About This Role

Airline Master Data team is looking for a java software quality engineer to help us with building the best data hub in the industry. Airline Master Data is a modern solution for exchanging standardized airline operational data in real time. It provides industry data consistency across variety of airline operations products. The software is designed as a set of multitenant microservices deployed in Kubernetes with a NoSQL persistence layer and Kafka messaging.

The role we are offering you:

  • Design and develop automated integration tests

  • Improve test performance

  • Analyze requirements from testing perspective

  • Develop and maintain solution quality metrics

    Our ideal candidate has:

  • 3+ years in automated software testing

  • Experience in Java testing frameworks (JUnit, Spock)

  • Strong testing theory knowledge

  • Experience in testing distributed systems and microservices

  • Good command of English

    In addition to the following experience, nice to have:

  • Bash scripting basics

  • Kubernetes cli basics

  • Practical knowledge of MongoDB

    Location:

  • Kraków, Tischnera Office
