AON FP&A Analyst in Krakow, Poland

Financial Analyst (FP&A)

With over 300 employees, the EMEA Finance Centre in Krakow provides financial services for Aon entities in multiple countries. In this role of FP&A Analyst, you will be key support for Finance Business Partners and Analyst’s in other Aon locations to report and analyse key metrics including revenue, cost and premium. Success in the role will allow you to build an understanding and expertise to support and drive initiatives concerning financial support and control, the production, interpretation and distribution of management information, assisting business unit budgeting and forecasting cycles, as well as influencing financial performance. As most of the stakeholders are based abroad you must be ready to work remotely and be good at handling remote relationships.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Proven track record in finance analysis or accounting (3-5 years)

  • Expertise in forecasting and budgeting

  • Strong English proficiency (at least B2 level)

  • Excel and PowerPoint skills

    What the day will look like

  • Dive into month-end processes, data crunching, consolidate results and provide meaningful insights to business managers

  • Assist in the production of the monthly revenue and cost forecast and annual budgeting process

  • Support preparation of revenue and cost accruals/deferrals

  • Analyze headcount and staffing intricacies for insights.

  • Craft actionable strategies for boosting business profitability.

  • Participate in discussions about business performance and support decision making

  • Be the go-to person for insightful management information.
