Engineer (gn) Power Platform & Dynamics 365

team: internal IT team of SoftwareOne | pensum: full time

location: Poland (preferred) | Germany / Europe (optional) / working model: hybrid / remote

The role

In a nutshell:

As a Power Platform and Dynamics CRM Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in defining our strategic direction, architectural framework, and standards for these critical applications. Leveraging your expertise, you will contribute to the development of robust strategies and best practices to optimize the Power Platform and Dynamics CRM environment.

The key resp onsibility:

Governance and Best Practices

  • Contribute to the development of the strategy, architecture, and standards for the Power Platform and Dynamics CRM application.

  • Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the overall effectiveness of the platforms.

  • Support the Power Platform Center of Excellence (COE) and adhere to global best practices for governance.

  • Ensure compliance with established standards and guidelines for Power Platform and Dynamics CRM.

    Solution Transformation

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business requirements into reusable and manageable solutions.

  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and tailor solutions that align with business objectives.

    Integration Support

  • Provide expertise in the integration of solutions with various business-critical applications.

  • Ensure seamless data flow and interoperability between the Power Platform, Dynamics CRM, and other systems.

    Lifecycle Management

  • Support the entire lifecycle of solutions, from design to post-implementation support.

  • Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure a smooth transition between project phases.

    Performance Monitoring and Optimization

  • Monitor the performance of Power Platform and Dynamics CRM solutions.

  • Identify areas for optimization and implement necessary measures to ensure efficient and responsive applications.

  • Process automation

    The key relationships:

  • Development team for Stakeholder Sales & Marketing

  • Dedicated Product Owner and Product Manager

  • Clients and users of our Dynamics 365 platform

What we need to see from you

your experience

  • At least 7 years of related experience in the specification, development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions

  • An experienced CRM Senior Developer / Technical Lead with strong commercial experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and D635 as well as having a solid grasp on the Microsoft stack and Azure development

  • Excellent practical knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules: Sales, Marketing, Services

    your skillset

    .NET Framework :

  • Proficiency in working with the .NET Framework, including understanding its architecture, libraries, and development tools.

  • Ability to build custom connectors, plugins, and code components within the Power Platform ecosystem.

    ServiceBus :

  • Familiarity with Azure Service Bus, a reliable messaging service for asynchronous communication between distributed applications.

  • Understanding message queues, topics, and subscriptions.

    Integrations :

  • Experience in integrating various systems and services using Power Platform connectors.

  • Knowledge of data integration patterns, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures.

    Reporting :

  • Competence in creating interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.

  • Understanding data modeling, visualization, and data transformation within Power BI.

    API Development :

  • Proficiency in designing, developing, and consuming APIs.

  • Knowledge of RESTful API principles and best practices.

    Building Cloud Solutions (Microsoft Azure) :

  • Hands-on experience with Azure services, including Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Factory.

  • Ability to design and implement cloud-based solutions that leverage Azure’s scalability and reliability.

    Self Troubleshooting :

  • A proactive mindset for identifying and resolving issues within Power Platform solutions.

  • Skill in diagnosing errors, performance bottlenecks, and connectivity problems independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders in a multi-cultural / global environment
