Jacobs Business Analyst - Salesforce (w/m/x) in Krakow, Poland

As a Business Analyst you will Leverage industry experience, knowledge of local client behaviors and deep understanding of Jacobs processes/platforms to directly support the Selling Unit team (Sales Leadership, Account Strategists, Account Leads and Sales Leads) by:

  • Providing user coaching, reporting, analytical, planning, forecasting, and budget monitoring support.

  • Building and sustaining self-sufficient Salesforce users through training and ongoing user development.

  • Developing on-platform reporting and analytical tools.

  • Overseeing Salesforce Account and Opportunity Pipeline data quality in the interest of driving current, complete and reliable information without serving as a proxy user (creating or maintaining records on behalf of Sales Leads).

  • Ensuring the timely and accurate booking of all sales, including new awards and those occurring on existing projects (PAPs).

  • Supporting booking/backlog reconciliation and quarterly operational forecasts with the Sales, Operations and Project Controls teams.

Here’s what you’ll need :

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in finance, economics, engineering or a similar field.

  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Confidence to communicate effectively at all levels of the organisation

  • Salesforce Client Relationship Management (CRM) experience,

  • Advanced skills in MS Excel

  • Sound business acumen, with ability to critically evaluate and articulate financial metrics

  • Excellent attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines

  • An out-of-the box thinker, you should bring genuine curiosity and agility to the role, with a strong “challenge the accepted” ethos.
