WestRock Company Accounts Payable Analyst in Krakow, Poland

How You Will Impact WestRock

As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial processes and maintaining strong relationships with our internal partners. It is an independent role in AP department. Your impact will include:

  • Efficient Invoice Processing: You’ll be responsible for timely and accurate processing of PO and non-PO invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

  • Streamlined Netting Process: You will take charge of preparing netting proposals, entering it into the bank and clearing payments.

  • Travel Expense Management: Managing travel expenses for our internal partners based on Concur reports.

  • Vendor account analysis - you will verify vendor accounts by reconciling statements and related transactions.

  • Collaboration and Communication: You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering effective communication and contributing to a positive work environment.

  • You will use Navision system in your day-to-day work.

What You Need to Succeed

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Finance Education: A degree in finance or related field provides the foundation for success.

  • Minimum 1 Year Experience: Previous experience in accounts payable or finance-related roles is essential.

  • Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are necessary for effective collaboration.

  • Understanding of Accounting Processes: Familiarity with accounting principles and processes ensures accurate financial transactions.

  • Understanding of Chart of the Accounts

  • Attention to detail and accuracy - you will have an eye for details and spotting potential discrepancies or errors.

  • Excellent Communication skills
