We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Officer , Trade Confirmation & Regulatory Reporting - Hybrid (Internal Job Title: Securities & Derivatives Analyst– C09) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:

• To support daily operations in treasury products post trade execution such as signature verification, documentation review, sanction screening, timely escalation, and reconciliation etc.

• To ensure timely and proper execution of daily outstanding confirmation, monthly billing, reconcilement, sanctions screening, documentation checking, departmental coordination etc.

• To resolve long outstanding issues such as late receipt of trade confirmation

• Prepare periodic reports and handle client enquiries for operations matters

• Apply internal policies to solve related operational issues and ensure compliance with various regulations/policies

• Ensure regulatory reporting processes adhere to the regulatory guidelines and requirements.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

• Fundamental understanding of Treasury products, accounting and regulatory policies

• Proven ability to perform various concurrent activities/projects in a high-risk environment

• Good communication in both English and Cantonese

• Team player and strong interpersonal skills

• Work effectively under pressure
