Hyatt Restaurant Manager - Tidepools in KOLOA, Hawaii

Description:

Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa has a wonderful opportunity to manage Tidepools Restaurant & Lounge. Tidepools is our signature restaurant and restaurant manager will be responsible for the day to day operations and also staffing, scheduling, training, and ensure compliance with standards and procedures. The managr will also work closely with Executive Chef to set menus, oversee large party planning and set-up, maintains and elevates the restaurants potential.
