  • Project Role :Cloud Services Operations

  • Project Role Description :Act as liaison between the client and Accenture operations teams for support and escalations. Communicate service delivery health to all stakeholders and explain any performance issues or risks. Ensure Cloud orchestration and automation capability is operating based on target SLAs with minimal downtime. Hold performance meetings to share performance and consumption data and trends.

  • Job Requirements :

  • Key Responsibilities : 1, Works with vendors to understand the applications, strategies and roadmaps for current, updated, and emerging technologies 2, Drives automation initiatives for Middleware Installation, configuration and Administration 3, Develops business cases to justify strategic investment in systems architecture, including analysis of future growth and cost reduction opportunities 4, Provides technical engineering and design review for new Middleware platforms, applications, infrastructure

  • Technical Experience : 1, Strong understanding of the TIBCO platform and various products Involved in the suite with more than 8 years of experience 2, The administrator must possess a broad range of analytical or technical skills and Experience with enterprise-class services 3, The administrator will work with a technical staff team and experience troubleshooting and performance tuning of API or ESB or middleware components 4, Experience troubleshooting or Managing Runtime Servers

  • Professional Attributes : 1, Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers at varying levels of the organization 2, Ability to operate independently and make decisions with little direct supervision 3, Flexible to work in 24x7 shift 4, Take part in weekend or holiday on call support

  • Educational Qualification : 1, Graduate
