Regional Sales Manager- ER

Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc., a world-class company dedicated to enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer, is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our exceptional team. This is a unique opportunity to lead and drive our sales efforts in the Kolkata region for Materials and Structural Analysis Division

Responsibilities:

• Determine regional sales targets and develop strategies to achieve them

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Develop and nurture strong connections with important customers and individuals involved in the work.

• Provide training and guidance to the sales team to ensure their success

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition

• Analyze sales data and create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement

• Efficiently carry out sales strategies and initiatives to optimize revenue and market position

Requirements:

• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a Electron Microscopy, XPS /XRD etc.

• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

• Ambitious and driven to exceed targets and deliver exceptional results

• Ability to compete effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic industry

• Fluent in English and local language
