About the role

This role participates in the coordination of Distribution Channel Management activities and sets day-to-day operational objectives for the team. May be responsible for making necessary changes to processes or standards in operational plans in order to establish distribution channel management strategies.

Role Responsibilities:

• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders

• Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring processes and policies are followed

• Minimum 8-10 years experience in HVAC industry
