About the role

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets

Key Responsibilities:

• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective sales initiatives.

• Sales Strategy Development, Client Relationship Management, and Revenue Generation skills

• Knowledge of HVAC solutions and industry trends

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field

• Prior experience in sales roles, preferably in the HVAC industry
